CONTEST RULES

How to Enter

  1. The contest begins on Wednesday October 14th, 2009, and will continue until Wednesday March 10th, 2010 - CONTEST CLOSING DATE.  Contest closing date/time may change without notice.
  2. The contest takes place at each Belleville Bulls Home Game during the 2009-2010 Ontario Hockey League Regular Season. 
  3. You are eligible to be put in the random draw and win if you hold a non - Complimentary Ticket.

Prizes

  1. In the event that the Belleville Bulls score at the exact 10:00 minute mark during a Home Game One (1) winner will be randomly selected during the Third Period of that Home Game.
  2. The winner will be awarded with Two (2) Brand New Jeep Vehicles. The Two (2) awarded vehicles will be a 2010 Jeep Compass and a 2010 Jeep Patriot from Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership. Each vehicle will be a standard model, subject to dealership availability, no substitutions. Visit Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep for more details.
  3. If the Belleville Bulls do NOT score at the specified time a random Draw will still occur during the Third Period to award One (1) person with a Supplementary "Jeep Prize Pack". The "Jeep Prize Pack" will include Official Jeep memorabilia. "Jeep Prize Pack" must be claimed at Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep within 7 days of Winning.
  4. All Prizes will be awarded accordingly and No Cash Value will be surrendered

The Contest

  1. The "Jeep Seats" Contest will occur at every Belleville Bulls Home Game between October 14, 2009 and March 10, 2010.
  2. A Draw will be made once a Game during the Third Period. The Winner can take their Ticket Stub to a designated area in the Arena to receive their "Jeep Seats" Contest Certificate with instructions on how to claim their prize.
  3. If the Belleville Bulls score at the 10:00 minute mark of the Second Period the Grand Prize will be awarded. If the Belleville Bulls do NOT score at that time a Supplementary Prize will be awarded.                     

How to claim prize

  1. After announcing the Winning Ticket Number a designated area in the Yardmen Arena will be specified for the Winners to go to and pick up their Certificate.
  2. If the Bulls score at the exact 10:00 minute Mark of the Second Period a Claim Sheet/Certificate and a set of instructions will be available for the Winner. The Winner will be instructed to present their Certificate in person at 95.5/COOL 100 STUDIOS at 497 Dundas St West, Belleville Ontario, during our business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 p.m.) Monday to Friday (excluding Holidays) and show valid identification and must sign a declaration and release that includes correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question, in the form requested by Starboard Communications confirming compliance with the contest rules and releasing Starboard Communications and its employees from all liability arising in connection with the contest and the prize.  From there the Winner will coordinate with the Promotions Dept. of our Stations and the Belleville Dodge Chrysler Dealer to award the Pair of Jeeps.

Who Can Enter

  1. This contest is open to all residents of Ontario in the "Quinte's Best Music" 95.5/Cool 100 listening area who are 19 years of age and over, except employees, representatives and agents of Starboard Communications Ltd. (95.5 and Cool 100) and the advertising agents involved in this particular contest. If the Draw Winner is under the age of 19 years of age the prize can be transferred to their Legal Guardian.
  2. A person can only be awarded the "Jeep Seats" Contest prize ONCE during the 2009-2010 Belleville Bulls Regular Season.
  3. By participating in this contest, contestants and winners agree to be bound by these rules.  If there is any disagreement as to whether a person is a contestant or a winner or as to the Vehicles won by a winner or as to the adequacy of the prize, the decision of Starboard Communications – Classic Hits 95.5 and Cool 100 shall be final.
  4. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.  These contest rules are subject to change without notice, if necessary to comply with any applicable law or policy of the CRTC or other entity having jurisdiction over Starboard Communications – 95.5 and Cool 100. All contestants, including winners, by entering this contest, consent to the use, including the reproduction, broadcast and publication, of their name and/or photograph, likeness, voice, statements or the fact that he/she is a winner in this contest and all matters incidental thereto without compensation, in any publicity carried out by 95.5 FM and Cool 100 in connection with this contest.
